Jealous

Over the past couple of weeks people have told me numerous times how they are jealous of my travels and adventures. They would love to do what I am doing, but obligations like finances, husband, wife, kids, job, etc make it so they cannot. I understand their desire, for we as humans always want what we do not have. And along this line of reasoning, I am jealous of them. Continue reading Jealous

As I am meeting up with more family and friends to say hello and goodbye, a lot of them seem to be making odds on whether or not I am going to find a Georgian – note, it is Georgian and not Russian – bride. Is it possible? Well, anything is possible. Is my village going to try and hook me up when they find out how old I am and that I am single? Well, it is a definite possibility. Does it have to be a Georgian lady? What about an expat? Sure, whatever works. Does it have to be someone I meet over there or would it be possible to come home and find someone in the states. Well, that has not worked out so well for me thus far, but living in Portland definitely made me feel better about my chances. Continue reading Pool

As I mentioned before, all of the pictures in the header are from photos that I have taken over the years. Well, I realized that I have not created any new header pictures in at least a year, so I went through all of my Oregon and Chicago photos and created some more. Continue reading Header Pictures

Can I have a side of feet wtih that

picture of feet

I hate shopping for shoes. My feet are nowhere near the typical person and that leaves me with very few options. Narrow heals, wide toe box, low arch, long feet. Great combination. Someone told me that I have European feet. Maybe I need to go to Europe to find shoes.

More information is starting to trickle in. First, I will not find out exactly where I am going or whom I am staying with until I get there. Second, there is still no ticket and I may now be leaving anytime between the 28th and 30th. Now on to other random stuff:

Water + summer + phoenix = bad

Now, as I am getting ready to leave to go to the Republic of Georgia, I am back at their house. Continue reading Water + summer + phoenix = bad
