This was on a marquee outside of a church in Harper. Not sure what to think of it. On Monday, friends of mine (aka, my manager at work and her husband) officially bought the local pie shop. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to move the shop to a new location, which, in the long run, should be better since it is closer to the busy downtown area. They started moving everything over [...] In a previous post I mentioned that I made a list at work to track which IDs I see from the US, Canada and Eurpoe. I have worked at the store since the middle of February and already I have checked off 33 states, 3 Canadian provinces and 4 or 5 European countries. I told [...] A couple weeks ago Antarctica popped into my head and I decided to look and see what the job postings for next winter were. There was a job for IT Trainer that I could totally do so I started to try and completely re-write my resume from a trainer standpoint (instead of an IT standpoint). [...] The poke salad annie is starting to grow and I must destroy! I have done a few recon missions and I would say that for about every 10 I pulled out in the fall, one is growing back, so it is not too bad. Time to put on the camo and go hunt my enemy. [...] |
