Today I met my maternal grandma, Dorothy, for the first time. She died in 1970, six years before I was born, and for some reason I never thought about visiting her until recently.

Today I met my maternal grandma, Dorothy, for the first time. She died in 1970, six years before I was born, and for some reason I never thought about visiting her until recently. Yesterday I went to ASU to have lunch with a friend and while I was there I was able to say hello to some people that I used to work with. I came into town (phx) last week because two of my friends are having babies. I also came to see my friends and family, but I have seen them before, so my priority was to see the new babies. I am amazed at how good I have gotten at phasing out the loud wind noise coming from the door. I started a new job yesterday. It is another sales job, this time in an all leather store. Purses, wallets, belts, backpacks, briefcases, luggage, etc. Sadly, no whips or ass-less chaps. Luckily, it looks like I have the chance to be more involved with the operations of the store instead of just being a sales [...] Linda has 3 ducks – 2 males and 1 female. The two male ducks look exactly the same except for one difference. One of the males decided not to moult all of its feathers off of its head.
